The Trivselhus development team have achieved planning permission at Mindenhurst for a stunning boutique collection of 21 homes. Each one of the mix of 3, 4 and 5 bed houses will feature a unique Scandi design and sustainable build ethos that together produce beautiful but practical homes for modern living.
Drawing on Swedish roots, the Trivselhus homes are designed for open plan living with higher ceilings and larger windows for a light, bright and airy feel. Each of the house styles at Mindenhurst has been given a little something different and special. The energy efficient homes are embedded with eco-friendly technologies and renewable materials through the Trivselhus Climate Shield® system.
The Continuum team have played an ongoing role in ensuring the planning application process was managed effectively and efficiently to a successful conclusion. Our involvement continues and will be influential moving forward into the delivery phase.
