Alex Noteman is a MRICS accredited development surveyor with a broad knowledge of the property industry. His work includes assessing the financial feasibility and viability of development projects to provide a holistic assessment of potential schemes and using cash flow modelling to analyse the viability of developments based upon real-time benchmarked evidence.
Alex focuses on providing bespoke surveying, land, viability, and management advice to public and private clients across the UK.
Chris Gardner MRICS, is an experienced planning and development surveyor. He has developed specialist skills in viability and financial modelling, particularly in relation to producing complex cash flows and working with various funding structures. Chris has worked on over 100 viability appraisals over the past 3 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge on the intricacies of viability appraisals inputs and outputs for residential, commercial and leisure schemes. He also has an excellent knowledge of the theory and policy around viability in planning. Chris has worked with Local Authorities and Housing Corporations in supporting the valuing, negotiation, and purchase of affordable housing units.
Chris has the ability to undertake HMT Green Book appraisals and calculate benefit cost ratios (BCR) for development projects, which is a vital part of the evidence base to support grant funding bids.
Kelly is a CIPD qualified professional leading our People and Culture department across all the Trebbi businesses. Kelly shapes our practices in everything from recruitment, engagement and retention to professional development, training, and payroll.
With a degree in Law and experience working across a diverse range of sectors, Kelly has an excellent ability to understand people both as individuals and at an organisational level. Whether looking after us, shaping company culture, or recruiting new colleagues, she provides vital support to all.
Working closely with senior leadership, Kelly designs and implements HR strategies to ensure we are continuously improving our service, performance, and organisational effectiveness across the Trebbi businesses.
Kerry is a CIMA qualified professional leading our finance department across all the Trebbi businesses. With over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors, Kerry is an expert in establishing, developing and leading robust, commercially focused finance functions.
Kerry is an excellent team leader, and her unique ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, as well as mentor and support the finance team, ensures our organisational objectives are consistently achieved.
As Head of Finance, Kerry identifies and delivers initiatives and high-quality solutions to ensure and promote best practice across the Trebbi businesses.
Murray is an experienced property professional with a 30-year track record of successfully helping to deliver development projects of all types across the UK, ranging from housing, leisure, and logistic parks, through to major commercial and residential mixed-use developments, to complex regeneration schemes and transformational integrated development ventures.
Murray focuses on providing bespoke development management and viability advice to Local Authorities. He is a leading practitioner in viability and is currently undertaking a PhD specialising in this subject matter and regularly acts as an expert witness in planning appeal cases.
Steve is a regeneration professional with 30 years’ experience in the delivery of complex development, regeneration and construction projects across the UK. His experience extends across a wide range of sectors and he specialises in project delivery, viability studies, feasibility studies, options appraisals, creative land use solutions, business planning, funding, delivery structures and bid management.
Steve has worked extensively in both the public and private sector which has provided him with a unique skillset in bringing stakeholders together to deliver shared visions and outputs.
