Each project has its own tailored approach from the in-depth analysis of relevant market evidence to inform inputs to the creation of financial modelling tools utilised to appraise and create sustainable development projects.

Continuum create and lead teams on behalf of clients to closely manage the development process. By taking a position within and leading client teams it allows us to drive better outcomes, this embedded position includes both secondments and the Project Director role. We use our knowledge of the development process to produce a detailed, tailored programme and risk registers for each individual project.
Continuum apply their specialist knowledge of the development process to managing project finances, including tracking, reporting and assisting on procurement. By closely linking the finances with the programme and by working directly with our client's finance teams we are able to control the costs and associated risks for a development project.
